It used to be that id sketch all the time. I would carry a sketch book around with me everywhere and would fill one up in only a week. I never needed a reason to do it. These days however with a fulltime job and art projects that take up every moment inbetween; i need an excuse to pull out the sketch book just to sketch. Well now i have that excuse(and so do you). Starting June 22nd at Byrnes Pub on 3rd ave. in grandview the first Official Drink and Draw will take place. Im gonna try and make it every other monday but will gladly make it every monday if enough people show up and want more. So feel free to drop by brinkg a sketch book, have a drink and show support for the art of sketching just to sketch.
